| Our
focus as facilitators is on what we call “action
based” workshops. You have likely been to
meetings and workshops, retreats and planning weekends
where everyone left all hyped and “bonded”
to each other and the plan. We bet you’ve
also had the experience of having that enthusiasm
wane or maybe die completely when everyone gets
back to the office and the rubber has to hit the
road. Well that experience drove Loie crazy so she
started designing planning sessions that take the
“vision” of an organization and put
real action plans in place. So our forte is not
the pie in the sky vision session but is in designing
and facilitating the data gather, action plan, move
you and your organization forward sessions! |
| Our
work in Business Coaching afforded s us the ability
to offer a follow up service to facilitated sessions.
We package in one on one coaching conversations
with the key players in each organization following
the workshop. These sessions are to work with those
individuals who have to take action – whose
names appear on the action plans created at the
workshop. While this isn’t mandatory –
it is so effective in moving plans forward and holding
individuals accountable for their part. |
| In
the area of public consultation and research we
utilize a coach approach to conversation to interview
and survey stakeholders, general public, partners
and customers to gather data for projects and policy
changes. |

| We
regularly host a variety of workshops
to assist you in developing or honing
your skills. They are typcially a full
day and are facilitated by a qualified,
licensed trainer. |
