| Loie
has spent her career managing projects, teams and events
in a variety of industries and non-profit organizations.
As a successful leader, manager, supervisor Loie has always
used what we now call a coach approach. As she now does
with her clients she supported her teams as they learned
to think, resolve, work through, clarify issues and take
action. Using a coach approach enables Loie to assist
clients discover options, view challenges through various
lenses and choose solutions wisely. |
| With
experience in telecommunications, municipal government,
property management and the retail industry, Loie combines
her strong sense of process with her always present sense
of humor to make clients, stakeholders, teams and peers
feel comfortable and confident in their ability to achieve
results. |
| In
addition to Loie’s business experience she has a
strong background in the not-for-profit sector. Having
served in both staff and board functions over the past
30 years, Loie’s has a good understanding of the
challenges of both roles. |
| Loie’s
clients come from a variety of industries including Not-For-Profit,
Government, Hospitality, Oil and Gas, Communication and
Human Resources, and include everyone from the Executive
Office to the Front Line Staff. Loie delivers action
based workshops, teaches the skills of coaching and a
coach approach and does one-on-one coaching for organizations
throughout the country. She takes great pleasure
in working with people in transition, new and aspiring
leaders as well as those needing assistance with the challenges
of making or accepting change or meeting goals and objectives. |
| Best
of all Loie loves to have fun – her sense of humor
permeates her workshops and her coaching as she knows
when to lighten a mood and when to apply the pressure.
Loie describes her work as having a firm hand in
the small of your back – not pushing – but
not letting you slip back. |
| Loie
is also an avid golfer, a lover of musical theatre and
of her border collie/husky cross dog, Patch. |
